As this is the official online store of PRIHAN we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. All pieces come in a signature PRIHAN packaging with cards. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Outhouse.
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

After placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation.
We usually ship the product within 3-7 Working Days from placement the order. We courier your order via express service from our shipping partner. The product is usually delivered within 3 Working Days from the date of shipping.
Free shipping on all domestic orders below Rs.2000. The same will be added during checkout. On all orders above Rs.2000, the shipping is FREE. International Shipping is Free for any orders above USD 500. Taxes and Duties to be charged as actual to the customer. Yes, we do ship internationally to over 180 countries via our reputed courier agents. International orders are shipped via reputed courier services. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
AT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order. For India, all prices are inclusive of GST. All items are insured from PRIHAN are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
